If the chosen size isn't right, or if you prefer another one of our products, no problem, we'll exchange it immediately. You have 30 days from the receipt of the product(s) to make an exchange.

If you wish to exchange, you must send the product(s) back to us by post in an undamaged condition. The bracelet you wish to return (only the bracelet, without any packaging) must be placed in a paper envelope, sealed securely with adhesive tape, and sent as a priority letter at the post office. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, but we will mail the new, correctly sized product of your choice back to you free of charge. The new bracelet will arrive in your mailbox in the same way.

Before returning the product(s), always contact us first via email and inform us that you wish to return the product(s), and what size or what other bracelet you would like to exchange it for.

If you're stuck choosing a new size, feel free to contact us and we'll help you determine the right size.

After receiving the product, you have the option to change your mind and withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the purchase.

How to cancel:

1. Prepare the product(s) you wish to return. Please return the product(s) in their original condition, in their original gift box, and with all accessories. We are unable to accept worn or damaged products resulting from use.

2. Click on the "Cancellation" button to fill out the online cancellation form. Provide the necessary information (name, email address, order number, bank account number, etc.). After successful submission of the form, we will send you an automatic confirmation email.

3. Package the product(s) appropriately, preferably in a bubble envelope or other packaging that provides adequate protection during shipping. Return the package to us using a trackable shipping method, such as registered mail with tracking via your local post office, GLS, or another courier service. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

4. Please retain proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, damaged, delivered to the wrong address, or that do not reach us.

5. Once the package arrives and the product(s) have been inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days at the latest.
