Payment options
In our webshop, you can choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit card payment via Shopify Payments: Secure online payment is provided by the Shopify Payments system, which accepts most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay to make your purchase even faster and more convenient.
- Cash on delivery: (Only available in Hungary) If you choose this option, you can pay cash or by credit card to the courier upon receipt of the package. A handling fee of HUF 300 will be charged for cash on delivery.
- We do not issue company invoices!
Shipping information
General Information
All orders are sent with trackable GLS parcel delivery. Our goal is for your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. All our products are handmade in Hungary after the order is placed, so order processing and production usually take 1-3 business days.
Although we do everything we can to ensure that only available products are listed in our webshop, in extremely rare cases, inventory discrepancies or production problems may occur. In such a case, we will contact you immediately and offer you the opportunity to wait for production, choose another product, or receive a full refund of the order amount.
Shipping Areas and Shipping Methods
We ship to many countries in Europe with trackable GLS parcel delivery.
After dispatching the package, we will notify you by email, which will include the tracking number of the shipment and information necessary for parcel tracking. The package's journey can be tracked in the courier service system until delivery.
You can find information about available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times in the list below and on the checkout page. Available shipping options may vary by country.

- Home delivery: 3,65 €
- Home delivery with cash on delivery: 4,50 €

Slovakia: (1-2 business days)
- Parcel point: 9,00 €

Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania: (2-3 business days)

Germany, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: (2-4 business days)
- Parcel point: 21,50 €

Notes:
- All orders are sent as trackable packages.
- After dispatching the package, we will notify you by email, which will include the tracking number and information necessary for package tracking.
- Orders are shipped from Hungary.
- All Larus products are handmade to order, so processing and production of orders typically take 1-3 business days.
- The stated delivery times are calculated from the day the package is handed over to the courier service.
- During peak periods, such as holidays, sales, or increased order volumes, processing and delivery times may be extended.
- The shipping costs, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times displayed on the checkout page always contain the currently valid information.
- Please always check the provided shipping information before placing your order.
- It is not always possible to modify the shipping address or cancel the order after it has been placed, as order processing begins shortly thereafter.
- If you wish to modify the shipping address or cancel the order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@larus-shop.com. The sooner you notify us of the modification request, the higher the chance we can help. If notified late, it may happen that the order has already been prepared or handed over to the courier service, making modification or cancellation no longer possible.

Late or Lost Deliveries
Please always check the shipping address provided when placing an order. Larus is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address or lost due to this reason.
If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@larus-shop.com.
In case of a suspected lost shipment, we will always initiate an official investigation with the courier service. According to courier service regulations, a shipment can only be classified as lost after a certain period of time, therefore we are unable to provide a refund or replacement shipment until the investigation is closed.
If the courier service classifies the shipment as lost, we will re-send the order free of charge or refund the full purchase price.
Packages delivered according to tracking but not found
If the tracking information indicates that the package has been successfully delivered, but you cannot find it, please check the following first:
• inquire with family members or other household members,
• inquire with neighbors,
• if a workplace address, inquire at the reception, mailroom, or with your colleagues,
• contact the courier service.
It is possible that the package was received by a family member, colleague, or receptionist.
Larus cannot provide refunds or replacement shipments for packages that the courier service has confirmed as successfully delivered. Therefore, we recommend that you always request your order to a secure delivery address.
- Canceled Orders
In some cases, your order may be automatically canceled or held by our system for security or fraud prevention reasons.
If you believe your order was incorrectly canceled, please contact us at info@larus-shop.com.
30-Day Return Policy
You have the option to return your order within 30 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for return:
• the product has not been worn or used,
• it is in undamaged condition,
• it is returned with its original packaging.
The shipping cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products returned after the 30-day period has expired.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing usually takes 5-14 business days, depending on the financial service provider.
We can only issue refunds to the payment method you used during the purchase.
Defective Product or Incorrect Fulfillment
If you received a defective product, the order arrived damaged, or we sent a product other than what you ordered, please contact us at info@larus-shop.com.
Please send:
• your order number,
• a brief description of the problem,
• a photo of the defect or discrepancy.
In this case, Larus will cover the cost of the return and also provide free delivery of the repaired or replacement product.
2-Year Warranty
All Larus products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
In case of a warranty claim, please contact us at info@larus-shop.com and send your order number and a photo of the defect.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, damage resulting from improper use, or damage caused by external influences.
