If the chosen size isn't right, or if you prefer another one of our products, no problem, we'll exchange it immediately. You have 30 days from the receipt of the product(s) to make an exchange.

If you wish to exchange, you must send the product(s) back to us by post in an undamaged condition. The bracelet you wish to return (only the bracelet, without any packaging) must be placed in a paper envelope, sealed securely with adhesive tape, and sent as a priority letter at the post office. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, but we will mail the new, correctly sized product of your choice back to you free of charge. The new bracelet will arrive in your mailbox in the same way.

Before returning the product(s), always contact us first via email and inform us that you wish to return the product(s), and what size or what other bracelet you would like to exchange it for.

If you're stuck choosing a new size, feel free to contact us and we'll help you determine the right size.

After receiving the product, you can change your mind and cancel your purchase, you can return the product(s) to us. You have 60 days to do this. The product must be sent to us by registered mail, with all accessories, in undamaged condition, and with the printed cancellation statement. We do not accept COD packages! You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. As soon as the product has arrived, we will immediately refund the full amount to you.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must fill out the cancellation form and attach it to the package to be returned in printed form. If you are unable to print the form, you must send us the information required to complete the cancellation form by e-mail (to info@larus-shop.hu) (a signature is not required for cancellation forms sent by e-mail).
