How do you measure your wrist?
Guide to choosing the right size
Frequently asked questions about size
Yes! If the size you choose is not right, we will exchange it without notice for 60 days. It is important that we only take back bracelets that you have not worn. There is no possibility of exchanging used bracelets.
No! The tightly measured wrist circumference is just a starting point: from this we determine the length of the bracelet we need to make. In each case, we adjust the necessary allowance so that the bracelet fits comfortably, neither too tight nor too loose. So your bracelet will not be as long as what you measured at the circumference of your wrist, but longer.
No! Measuring tight does not mean that your bracelet will be tight. This is just to determine the exact size. We adjust the allowance – that extra comfort length – for each bracelet type, so the end result will always be comfortable for you to wear.
No! Many people automatically add 1-2 cm to their measured wrist circumference, thinking that otherwise the bracelet will be tight. This is a misconception: the wrist circumference does not equal the length of the bracelet.
We always make the bracelet based on the tightly measured wrist circumference and give the appropriate allowance accordingly. So, if you add a few centimeters to your measured wrist circumference, the size will definitely not be right.
No! The sizing of other bracelets and watches can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and they adapt to the shape of the hand completely differently. A watch strap, for example, fits completely differently than a bracelet, but there can also be a big difference between bracelets. That's why you should always measure your own wrist so we can guarantee that your bracelet fits perfectly.
